Who lives in a pineapple under the sea? Not sure? Here's another hint. Absorbent and yellow and porous is he. If you have kids (or were a kid in the past 10-15 years), it's highly likely that you know the answer to this question. In fact, you probably have his theme song running through your head right now. For that, I'm truly and deeply sorry, but I honestly couldn't think of a better way to kick off my review of Spongebob Squarepants: Truth Or Square.

Although the eponymous, and seemingly ubiquitous, lead character has starred in several games over the course of the past decade, 2009's Truth Or Square is the only one currently available on the Xbox 360 if you discount the Live Arcade title Underpants Slam Spongebob Squarepants movie tie-in game, and Spongebob Squarepants: The Battle for Bikini Bottom. Heavy Iron also cut its teeth on a number of Disney/Pixar licensed movie titles, which honed their ability to build a decent platformer.

And that's what Truth Or Square is, a decent platformer, with all the comfortable components that the genre usually entails. There are power-ups a plenty, countless robotic baddies to battle, coins to acquire (called "happiness nuggets" here), hidden collectables, occasional boss fights, light puzzle-solving elements, and, of course, platforms to be jumped on. The level design and combat are both sound, if nothing to write home about, and the controls are tight and responsive- a crucial element to this type of game- and something that Heavy Iron has missed the mark on in the past (i.e. the Ratatouille tie-in game). All this is wrapped in the trappings of what is arguably the most popular animated kids' show in the past 20 years.

It's not all grins and jellyfish, though. The story is far from gripping. Adapted from the Squarepants 10th anniversary television event of the same name, Truth Or Square revisits Spongebob's happiest moments in an effort to jog his memory and help him recall where he misplaced the super secret krabby patty formula in time for the Krusty Krab's eleventy-seventh anniversary. And while seasoned gamers will have no problem with any portion of this game, the challenge level does spike curiously high about halfway through for a product that is obviously aimed at the 10 and under demographic. Some of the combat segments especially may prove frustrating for youngsters starting about the midpoint of the second act. Luckily this game throws 1-ups at you like they're going out of style, and by the time you get to that point you'll likely have dozens, if not scores, of extra chances. The drop-in, drop-out co-op makes it easy for a friend or parent to jump in and help tackle those especially pesky fights as well.

Twenty-five years ago, every video game was considered a "kids" game. Nowadays, the hobby has evolved to the point where most triple-A games are rated T, if not M, and the kids section has devolved into generic piles of licensed crap. While Truth Or Square isn't a beacon of shining light in the darkness, there is enough quality here that a discerning gamer won't have to try to disguise a grimace watching their kids play. Heavy Iron doesn't do much wrong, but they don't really go above and beyond either. The end result is a middle of the road game that I can't really recommend to a teen or adult unless you're a hardcore platformer fan in need of a fix. That is, unless nautical nonsense is something you wish.

Gears of war 3 is hands-down the best gears game in the franchise. Weather you are talking about the story, graphics, sound design, multiplayer or as a whole. Gears of war 3 presentation stands head and toes over its predecessor. Sure you can experience this classic strange Unreal engine physic errors such as locust legs wobble and protruding from the wall or floor. I think the head just nit picking and carries no real weight as far as bug with this great game go. Gears of war 3 is presented with a virtually error-free level design and unprecedented pace in its core gameplay. Remember, you can play campaign online the whole story with up to four players.

Gears of war 3 story begins two years after the fall of Jacinto. Life on a giant military ship named Raven's nest. Some of the wheels, including Marcus, DOM, Anya, Cole train, Jace Stratton and Baird has a life for themselves. Ex-Chairman Prescott has not yet, that since the fall of Jacinto with a message for Marcus is heard from the and finally starts the story. That caught a message from Adam Fenix (class father), which feared dead but is alive and is used by Queen Myrrah (leader of the locust) kept.

The message that gets his father Marcus emulsion and its effects are killing sera. Emulsion is clearly a natural fuel resource for planet Sera or so we all thought. Adam Fenix has a way to stop the emulsion of the planet. You have it guess, Marcus has, to save father, once again and this time is the planet depends on. From here on out the COG including Marcus, Jace, DOM set Anya, Cole, Baird, Sam and Carmine on an epic adventure.

The unreal 3.5 engine was masterfully used by its creator, one of the best looking console games in existence. Keep in mind I this gene played hundreds of video games and there are some moments, which I believe in Gears of war 3 blew. Zipline Cole train scene was excellent. I thought is a cutscene was, until I saw a crosshair on the screen. Locust was fun crazy on a Zipline. Act 3: Chapter 1 unbreakable boss fight with the Lambent Berzerker was fantastic-visually. The glow of the emulsion creates a Visual light show as she leaked.

The film music and Orchestra were tunes memorable and suitable for every important game play or cutscene. All voice actors of in particular of people from past games do their best work gears of war 3. The actors, which Marcus, DOM, Cole and Baird in particular expressed. Dizzy and Anya were also good. The cries of the Lambent people screaming "Kill Me" was chasing and creepy. The sound effects from the weapons, enemies and subtle walking was with the greatest care. If I don't type it before I now will be the sound design in Gears of war 3 is the best in the series.

As for anything new or innovative gameplay. You can still shoot and remain behind cover. What I can tell, plays gears of war 3, the the the most fun of all predecessor and assets, innovation every day of the week. The Vulcan cannon is a two man Cannon, adds a weapon to the co-op operation. Crank one aiming ammunition and one and is thrown. His lethal weapon. I loved it. Butcher Cleaver gears of war 3 added melee. The hatchet is a huge Cleaver to cut Metzger with the rock of worms in the trough. Mode 2.0 use a deadly weapon in the history campaign or Horde.

The single-player campaign, which lasts between 15 to 20 hours. It is an arcade mode for the single-player not to mention the four player co-op. It appeared briefly in all seriousness on the basis of his Epicness (pun intended). Hammel, you play versus be decimal mode or Horde 2.0 you will have fun. Multiplayer is deep with unlockables weapon skins, character, executions and avatar awards. Oh I have that this narrated mentioned the best introduction of gears of war multiplayer ever is? It is. The dedicated servers are working beautifully. I've never had so many double kills, where me and the other guy both kill each other the exact same time. Say goodbye to remain. Multiplayer is the best in the series from above downward and laterally. It has the content and the most fun to play I think.

Gears of war 3 is the reason why innovation in video games often overestimated. If you your franchise perfect important the way, as did the epic games with Gears of war 3, nothing else really is. Gears of war 3 is a divine game. It is not the best game of all time, but I believe it is the best game on the Xbox 360 available. Gears of war 3 gets my highest rating for a full version game on this page. Thanks for the read.

There were a lot of people that bashed Final Fantasy XIII. Some even wonder why they would think to make a second game when the first game was so bad. But the first game actually was pretty good, it was just different then your typical FF game. FF13 was a bit of a letdown for me as I waited for several years for it to come out I was expecting it to be amazing. I had high expectations that it didn't quite meet for me, but I still enjoyed the game. Final Fantasy XIII-2 is scheduled for release early in 2012. This game is looking to promise to be a great game and a better experience than Final Fantasy XIII.

From what has been revealed about the game so far it looks like Sarah, Lightning's sister will not only be a playable character but one of the main characters in this game. The battle system uses the same paradigm shift that FFXIII had but with extra features added to it. It will have a cinematic actions features that require having to press buttons during a fight so they are made more interactive. The battle system will also implement a new feature that allows you to get monsters in your party that battle with you and shift when you change paradigms. This seems like it could be adding a nice component to the game.

The main complaint about FFXIII people had was how linear the game-play was. FF XIII-2 will have the world be able to be explored and have things you can do in the game besides proceed in one direction. We will have many of the characters from FFXIII be returning for the sequel. Lightning will be playable but doesn't seem to be the main character again. Although the story did go back and forth with all the characters in FFXIII, the main character could be debatable.

This game should come out early in 2012 if it doesn't get delayed and Final Fantasy XIII-2 looks to have a lot of hope in store for Final Fantasy fans. Whether you enjoyed FFXIII or not, this game should be entertaining for any fans of Rpg games, or more specifically Final Fantasy games. The cinematic beauty of the first game will be back in this sequel with some changes making the game more like a lot of people hoped FFXIII would be.

When you doodle enjoyed God 1, then you can enjoy the sequel. The first part of the game is virtually identical to doodle God 1. The main difference between the two games is that instead of creating 115 elements in 14 groups, within must create now 196 items 21 groups. Some elements of first Doodle God is removed and re-added some elements from Doodle devil.

I loved the continuation of the statements of some great figures in history such as Shakespeare, Siddhartha Gautama and Coleridge of every time an item is created. If the element is not funny, the quote that accompanied its founding almost always is. Of course, there are some elements, the man cannot help but love to create. Some of my favorites are alcoholic + ship pirate or firearm = + vodka = Russian roulette. Although some of the new elements are humorous and witty, it can be frustrating to create them. The game is confusing in the third episode. In the elements that previously could be combined, must be combined now to beat the game.

Overall, the game is pleasant. Add the new features and elements, that enough to make the game for fans of original Doodle of God and even Doodle devil back for more. If you are new to the series, you not lost starting Center series. The rules of the game sounds simple, but not play Doodle God 2, if you are looking for a challenge. It is not as easy as it sounds!

To suggest a few tips for the game

At an early stage, developing a system for the discovery of new elements. You are much time laboriously, but in the end, if there literally are hundreds of different combinations, it saves. One way is, if a new element is discovered, go back and try mechanically, it recognized with all earlier elements combine.

Another tip is in the third episode, forget not to try and elements that previously, can not be merged. Of course, if you get stuck, the game has the only light bulb in the toolbar, which brings two categories. With the right combination, at least two elements can be combined to create a new item.

That seems like fraud, and you want more of a challenge, is the new double bulb, which tells you an item that you create. It is up to you to figure out how to create.

How is the beta? His was rough around the edges, but that to be expected. Some parts were actually pretty fun. Time for the formalities. Ratchet & Clank: All 4 is a 3D platformer video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by SCEA exclusively for the PlayStation 3. There are 18 October 2011 and is rated with each 10++.

Locations - there are some playable locations that are in ratchet & Clank: all 4 one beta.

Luminopolis: on the roof Amphitheater, which takes place at night on a skyscraper of the city. There is not much platforming on this particular level take place. However, there are co-op elements. You and up to 3 other players of strategicly missiles from the air to shoot, while a player shoots specific objectives on a boss fight must engage. Everyone in turrets at this point, but as I, that some have said to shoot the oncoming missiles and other specific objectives, to enable a boss fight sequence. The boss-fight sequence is very short-lived.

N.E.S.T - Vertigus-cliffs - N.E.S.T Vertigus rock looks like the typical Canyon in the free level, which you in earlier & Clank Rachet play could have seen. In this level co-op is a priority. By using the VAC-U and shot cliffs are swing your way through Vertigus. The VAC-U is a vacuum of style tool that can shoot other players over gorges and gaps and platforms. You can use it also objects in holes, to enable of bridges and other gameplay scenarios as well as to shoot.

N.E.S.T - entrance - N.E.S.T input I think is the best level in the ratchet & Clank: all 4 one beta. I started in a machine plant, where killing enemies and platforming is critical. The screen during this level goes sometimes, depending on the situation in a 2D or top-down view. A co-op sequence enabled after falling through a trap in the ground. All players must hold hands and given in certain positions of button of Promps. The latter scene is that of a ventilator, and you need to glide up top. I really enjoyed it and makes all players play together and be on the same page.

Character - Ratchet and Clank, Dr. of nefarious Captain quirk. Each character has a unique melee attack and their own humorous voiced dialogue. Each character feel different, if you played with them. In most cases all have help the same weapons and abilities to cooperatively.

Steuerelemente-(Duell_Shock_3): D-pad Collet weapon / gadget, LS movement, RS weapon select, X-jump, O-VAC-U, triangle-swing shot, square melee, R1 fire, L2 call companion and L1 lock on. I liked controls not necessarily at first. Photographing with R1 and locks up with L1 felt strange. Operation and select the wheel of the weapon but was ok.

Weapons - all the characters in the beta will receive the same weapons. Glob Lobber, Quake, hammer, striker critter, Omega tech Frost Cannon, com-Buster, bow Lasher, warmonger, Dopplebanger, Pyro Blaster and the plasma boom Launcher. If you have played a ratchet & Clank game, before you know that the guns are out there. Ratchet & Clank: All 4 is no different. The weapons are wild and effectively for the victory against certain enemies. Some are good for life forms such as aliens, and some are ideal for robot. They are all unique and fun to use.

Connection problems - quite of bit-Dissconnects, drop connections and freezing. His good Insomniac has these problems this beta since its, and perhaps they can correct them before releasing. But mistaken not ratchet & Clank: all 4 one beta has connection issues.

Close comments - I expected much from ratchet & Clank: all 4 one. I was not really interested in it, to be honest. I played and beaten this gene each ratchet & Clank game and thought, the all 4 one was not for me. I can say now that the has mainly online co-op-Connections IS fun, but many questions. Do not check the visuals as well as the other ratchet games of this gene, it had been expected. The sound design is still large. The still intact feels slightly different the presentation and the atmosphere, but as well as. I would say, try out the beta and see for yourself. I enjoyed it for the most part. Thanks for the read.

The most popular single-player desktop series, which is the Sims Social, is making advanced steps by putting a version on Facebook. This method has also been adapted by the Civilization World game. It is still the same game play that you already know. It's just that it has a social layer above it. You can still decorate and build your home and care for your Sims basic needs. The best part of having Sims on Facebook is being able to play and interact with your friends.

Instead of having a whole family, which is the case of the past Sims games, the current version of the Sims Social is all about a single character. But majority of the important elements are intact. Just like ordinary people, your Sims has some basic needs that you need to lookout for and ensure that you are able to fulfill all of them to make them happy all the time. This means ensuring that they take a bath, eat, or go to the CR. Aside from that, they can also hang out and have fun with other Sims friends.

Mingling with friends is the real fun on Sims Social. The best part on this is that the Sims that you interact with your Facebook friends. Compared to other games on Facebook, you can interact with your friend in various ways in order to develop tighter relationships. You can be anything you want when you are playing online. Be a helpful friend or a scary enemy. By exploring various interactions can truly be enjoyable for you and you get to earn more experience as well.

Another interesting twist that you might like to try out is changing the relationship status between your fellow Sims. You can become friends, dating or enemies. However, your FB friend should approve that status. This will allow you to think on your actions and create cute scenarios that you never knew possible.

Majority of the Sims Social desktop features are also present on the FB version. However, they are tweaked in some ways. You will have lesser freedom when decorating your home and you need to purchase the rooms instead of making them yourself. Most of the items you need you have to purchase, like new stove or couches. Furthermore, you need to collect the items in order for you to build them. The wait time to be able to receive the items you need as gifts is excruciatingly long.

The different features that are present in your FB version are not of low quality. They are just different from the usual Sims that you used to play. The Sims social can let you mingle with your friends significantly. You also need to think of productive strategies which make it more interesting.

Vito Scaletta, is one mobster with a lot of problems. But one thing for sure it isn't Mafia 2. Mafia 2 is the second game (obviously) of the Mafia name developed by Czech 2K and published by 2K Games for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. Let me say this up front, I don't normally play mafia style games with dates back to the "40's", the last one was Godfather 2 and i hated it!! I couldn't even finish the game, no lie. With that said, lets run down Mafia 2 and see how it is.

Presentation - Let me get this out of the way, the game did freeze on me during a mission. I don't know why, it is a new copy. No big deal it happened once could be my PS3 processor never know.

Mafia 2 has a clean layout for navigating throughout the game so getting lost is hard to accomplish. Also, let it be known Mafia 2 is a story driven "linear" game. Vito Scaletta (protagonist) is a guy who watched his father work to hard his whole life. Vito being Vito decided he wasn't going to be like his father and go the "fast route" for making money. Vito's story was a good one imo. Mafia 2's story was really good for the amount of time the game lasted. There are so many spoilers in Mafia 2 I don't even want to get deep into it. Lets just say, Vito goes through a lot in his first 20 or 30 years that most people will never experience in a lifetime. This game is a drama folks. It would make a good mob movie in my opinion.

Empire City aka (New York City) was beautiful and full of life with rich details. The textures, colors, cars, pedestrians were all done well. To bad this game wasn't a real sandbox game because Empire City was so detailed it just made me want to explore it to the fullest. When you get into shootouts in Mafia 2, you can shoot enemies through glass, your cover breaks apart from gunfire depending on the material. I don't know what engine was used in Mafia 2 but it worked great with the open world city and destructible environments etc. Visuals were really nice in this game.

The sound design in Mafia II was impressive. The music in the load up menu always got me in the proper mood to play. The voice actors were all decent. The sound effects during shootouts were atmospheric.

This is were my gripe comes in. I did play on the hardest difficulty. Mafia 2 is a cover based shooter by heart right? But I got killed so many times when I was behind cover. Well, you ask "isn't the cover breakable" yes it is. The problem is I would be behind steel beams and the enemy would shoot at me from in front of me and magically kill me. I died so much in this game it was absurd.

The cop's AI was cheesy and ridiculous, they can spot you from so far away and they were everywhere sometimes (no place to even hide). I do like some aspects of the game. For instance, you can die from crashing your car. If you drive over the speed limit the cops will chase you etc. In other words there are some nice realistic gameplay elements while driving in Mafia 2 but the cops AI ruins most of it. Shooting from behind cover was really good. Aiming and shooting (in general) were good, but jumping out of cover and shooting was near impossible.

I beat Mafia 2 in just under 12 hours (11:55 to be exact). Granted, the game is really linear, you can't do much of anything off from the main missions. This game isn't like Grand theft Auto at all. Mafia 2 is a linear story driven adventure game. You can go back and do some collectible hunting (playboy magazines anyone?) or some side missions but they're aren't many.

Mafia 2 is a really good game. It is not a sandbox game and doesn't need to be. What it has is a great story, characters and satisfying shooting but some gameplay mechanics holds it back from reaching higher potential.

8/10

Ever look at a beaver and wonder what it does besides building cute dams up rivers? Well it's time to find out. Follow Bold, the beaver hero, through a multitude of battles in this fun RPG. Conquer other beavers, pirates, knights and eventually Bold's arch nemesis in this epic adventure.

The game certainly isn't simple for a flash game, but it isn't too complicated if you have the patience to learn the ins and outs of the game. The player may level up Bold's attributes as well as his equipment. When certain equipment is worn, it may add or take away from Bold's attributes. Strangely, the world's currency is pinecones. These pinecones may be used at Otto's shop between missions. Not a lot of pinecones fall, but luckily most of the items in the shop only cost a few hundred pinecones. The game's controls are easy to use. If the player wishes, he or she can upgrade the beaver to be quite agile, which the controls also assist with. The basic layout of the game is interesting enough to attract the player's attention, but the best part of the game is the story line. It is told through a series of comics between levels. Not only is it a fun way to get the back-story, but it is detailed enough to make the battles seem like more than just mindless fighting and serves as a good break to prevent battle fatigue. The music definitely adds to the battles and makes them seem more exciting and dangerous. Bold has an infinite amount of lives, so dying is not much of a problem. He even gets to keep the items, pinecones, and points if he dies in battle.

One of the few negative things about the game is that Bold cannot sell old equipment. If Bold dies enough, he will eventually earn enough money to buy new equipment. It's not impossible to earn money, it is just a little inconvenient. It is pretty obvious what most of the attributes do, but there are two that are a little vague and are not explained, vitality and luck. If the player puts points in them, there is no immediate effect. This is unusual for the game and prevents them being used by players which seems like a shame. If points are added to any other attributes, the effects can be seen immediately.

Hints and Tips:

When choosing equipment, make sure to consider which of Bold's attributes are weak.

When Bold is out numbered, try to separate the group of enemies by fleeing or using magic.
